We offer an employee assistance program to give direct aid and assistance to any employee within your organization in the event of a major hardship. This program is of absolutely no cost to the organization as charitable donations are deducted from each individual employee via payroll. The donation is considered 100% tax deductible and does directly to the Victims of Catastrophe Foundation. In the event that an employee is in need, they contact us, and we provide rapid assistance.
 
Since we have started this program, local businesses have had less absences, less presentee-ism on the job, and lower employee turnover. We provide this program primarily to preserve job security as well.
